Regidrago
dragonRegidrago can be found at the Split Decision Temple. To summon it you will first need a Draco Relic.

You will need to find and mine an Dragon Ore to get a Draco Relic. These can be found in Deep Dark biomes at -60< Y< 0
Materials Checklist
Use the radar to locate Split Decision Temple. Put this radar with an empty map in any regional cartography tables.
Using the radar, make your way to the temple. It can be found in Hot Shrubland and will look something like this:
Walk up some steps. You will need to take a right. Left is the altar for Regieleki. You can only choose one. The altar for the other will be deleted and you will need to find another split decision temple.
Use the Draco Relic on the Regidrago Altar. You can see the Regidrago model in the image.
